By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

This website is operated by Codebrit. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Codebrit. Codebrit offers this website and all its services to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated herein.

SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

All material on our website is the trademark and copyright property of Codebrit. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our property. You may also not use our products and services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Codebrit reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not avail our services.

Both parties, Codebrit and the Client, agree not to criticize each other or any of their employees, associates, or partners publicly (including online forums, blogs, or social media) during or after the contract period. Any breach may result in reasonable compensation determined by the non- breaching party.

SECTION 2 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND PRICES

Codebrit reserves the right to change prices for its products or services without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Codebrit offers digital solutions including, but not limited to:

logo design, website design and development, branding, video animation, mobile applications, NFT design, SEO, and social media marketing.

We reserve the right to limit services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to modify or discontinue services at our discretion.

SECTION 4 – REVISION POLICY

Revisions are subject to the package selected. Revision turnaround time is typically 48 working hours, though it may vary depending on feedback complexity.

Unlimited revisions require that the original design concept remains unchanged. Once a concept is approved, redesign requests will not be accepted.

For animation projects, revisions are subject to package terms. Codebrit reserves the right to refuse unreasonable revision requests.

SECTION 5 – REFUND POLICY

All deposited funds are non-refundable once initial designs or concepts are approved. Refunds will only be considered under the conditions outlined below:

5.1 Refund on Logo Packages

Before initial concept delivery: Full refund (minus 10% admin fee)
Within 5 business days after initial delivery: 66% refund
Within 12 business days: 33% refund
After 15 business days or final file delivery: No refund

5.2 Refund on Website Packages

Before initial mockup: Full refund (minus 10%)
Within 5 business days of mockup: 50% refund
No refunds after revisions or after 10 days
No refunds once development begins or site is deployed

5.3 Refund on Custom Packages

Refunds apply individually per service within the bundle, following the same policies.

5.4 Refund on Marketing Packages

All SEO, social media, and marketing services are non-refundable.

5.5 Refund on Domain & Hosting

Domains, hosting, SSL, and related services are non-refundable under all circumstances. Ownership remains with Codebrit Digital Ltd if purchased through us. All refund requests must be documented. A 10% processing fee applies. Refunds are processed within 12–14 business days.

SECTION 6 – HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REFUND

Upon refund approval, all rights to the delivered work revert to Codebrit Digital Ltd, and the client forfeits all usage and ownership rights.

SECTION 7 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools which we do not control. Codebrit is not liable for damages arising from third-party usage.

SECTION 9 – QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

All work is delivered according to client-provided specifications and is subject to quality assurance standards.

SECTION 10 – DELIVERY POLICY

Deliverables are shared via email or agreed communication channels. Minimum turnaround time is 5 business day. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

SECTION 11 – RECORD MAINTENANCE

We archive final deliverables and can resend files upon request.

SECTION 12 – CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Codebrit is not responsible for correspondence from unauthorized email addresses or phone numbers not listed on our website.

SECTION 14 – 100% UNIQUE DESIGN GUARANTEE

All work is created from scratch and aligned with the client’s brief.

SECTION 15 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors or update information without notice.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Codebrit Digital Ltd, its affiliates, or employees be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Codebrit and its affiliates against all claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

SECTION 19 – TERMINATION

We may terminate this agreement at any time if these Terms are violated.

SECTION 20 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Codebrit Digital Ltd and the user, superseding all prior agreements.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of London, United Kingdom and California, United States of America, and any disputes shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction.
